Skype on your own or create a small class with a few friends or colleagues
Study Spanish in the comfort of your own home via Skype with our certified instructor Mauricio. Our certified instructor, Mauricio, is a native Spanish speaker who customizes lessons to each student’s age, level and learning preference.
Each unit is 4 months long, with 3 hours of class per week for a standard pace. You create a schedule that works for you!
We also offer tutoring and conversational classes for students studying Spanish at the middle school, high school or university level.

Chicas Adelante
Female Empowerment for Ages 10-15
Adolescent girls enrolled at Escuela Adelante are invited to join a free mentoring program. Female mentors meet weekly with the Chicas Adelante. Mentors encourage girls in this extra-curricular program to challenge gender roles, as well as set high educational and career goals. They learn about healthy relationships, self-esteem, family planning/pregnancy prevention, and leadership skills for strong and equal participation in civil society. They also have tons of fun! Activities include swimming lessons, surf lessons, beach trips, and excursions. Staff members from Escuela Adelante volunteer on weekends to create these opportunities for the girls of San Juan del Sur.
