Art is all about how we experience the world, and how our unique points of view change what we see.  Our preschool students gave fallen leaves and twigs new life, showing how many hands and teamwork can breathe new life into old growth.  We see this in nature all of the time.  Whether its using composting to capture the last bits of energy from plants and egg shells, or art projects like this, nature shows us that every living thing has gifts to share if we only take the time to look for them.  In this project, students worked together, learned to look at their environment in a new way, and finally experienced the pride of creating something beautiful to share with others.  We are so proud of them and grateful to the teachers who helped guide them through this project.
